S&S has a level system of coaching based on training/coaching session completion.
The four levels are:

Seed Coach- taking practice session clients (free/low cost)

Growth Coach- 30-100 coaching sessions

Cultivate Coach- 100-300 coaching sessions

Gardener Coach- 300+ coaching sessions
